    Juanita Hardy, Founder and Managing Principal of Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC, Silver Spring, MD

    Juanita Boyd Hardy is Founder and Managing Principal of Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC.  She is a retired IBM executive with over 35 years of experience managing large, complex business transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients in the US and abroad.  As a professor in IBM’s Executive Consulting Institute, Hardy taught consulting education to IBM principals and consultants worldwide, in the US, Asia, and South America.  Hardy has authored and presented many papers on strategic change, including Five Reasons to Target the China Market for your Business, printed in the January 2010 issue of the Enterprising Women magazine and The Road to Successful Business Transformation: Sponsorship is Key, reprinted in the October 2007 issue of the Peking University Business Review (PKUBR). Hardy participated in a PKUBR business roundtable on Leadership and Change in Beijing in March 2008 and a summary of the roundtable was published in the April 2008 PKUBR.  Hardy is a 2010 honoree for the Washington Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award. She was featured in the Executive Spotlight of the Gazette of Politics and Business (August 2010). Her recent paper, The Impact of Rapid Growth in Services Sector Exporting on Women-Owned Businesses was published in The Roadmap to 2020: Fueling the Growth of Women’s Enterprise Development produced by Quantum Leaps and sponsored by IBM.   Hardy holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Livingstone College, did graduate work at George Washington University, and completed ACTivate, a year program on women entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland Baltimore College (2006).


    Praveen Jolly, Retired Vice President, Asia & Global Partners, Baltimore Aircoil Company

    Praveen Jolly has 22 years of international business management experience, including 12 years living and working in China. He was Vice President, Asia & Global Partners for Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) for seven years before retiring in 2010. He was based in China and managed BAC’s operations in China, Southeast Asia, India, Japan and Korea. Under his leadership, BAC started a wholly-owned company and increased its ownership in an existing joint venture in China, and started new operations in India and Malaysia. Prior to this, he was with The Trane Company (now a division of Ingersoll Rand) for 16 years. As President of Trane China, he started three manufacturing operations and more than a dozen sales and service operations. His other assignments with Trane included Vice President, Global Strategic Alliances, VP, International Strategy, VP, International Business Development, and Director of International Manufacturing. During this time he was based in the US, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Praveen holds an MSIE degree from University of Minnesota, an MBA from University of Wisconsin, and a BSME from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute in India. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin.


    Eugene Liu, Principal, Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC

    Eugene Liu has over 22 years of demonstrated success directing business and technology operations to optimize bottom line productivity. He has performed various business roles ranging from business development, marketing and consumer & technology products/services life cycle management in the United States as well as China. His expertise includes strategic planning, infrastructure design, quality assurance, business process improvement, application development, and international business. He has a proven ability to lead and motivate high performance teams focused on maximizing productivity. A native of China, Liu is bilingual in English and Mandarin. He is an exceptional communicator, with emphasis on building strong client relationships, forging beneficial partnerships and negotiating cost-saving contracts. He is also a skilled, hands-on technologist, adept at quickly putting changes in motion with direct leadership to development and implementation teams. Liu has the visionary ability to take organizational objectives and produce real solutions for long-term success. He has extensive experience managing large-scale business critical projects, dedicated to improving customer satisfaction, decreasing costs and controlling risk. Liu holds two master degrees, Computer Science and Computer Engineering, from Shanghai Jiao University in China.


    Vicky Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Operations, i3Logic, Pontiac, Michigan

    Vicky Jarosz is an owner and Executive Vice President of Operations at i3Logic, a training and consulting services company based in Pontiac, Michigan. Jarosz also serves as the Practice Leader for i3Logic’s Change Management consulting practice. Jarosz joined the i3Logic team in April, 2007, when the performance improvement consulting practice she co-founded, BEI Consulting, merged with i3Logic. The merger capped a successful three year business partnership between i3Logic and BEI in which the two firms collaborated for the benefit of national and international clients. Jarosz co-created a trademarked, change management model focused on achieving business results. The model is used with clients to plan for and manage change initiatives. Jarosz has extensive experience in leading teams in change management
    system design and implementation, curriculum design and development, and process redesign.
    She has managed global teams, and has developed and facilitated workshops on Working
    in a Global Organization. Jarosz is a member of the International Society of Performance
    Improvement and has served as its international Marketing Committee Chair. A former president of the Michigan chapter of the ISPI, Jarosz has been honored numerous times with awards. Most recently, she was the project lead for a change management intervention with Teacher’s Credit Union. The program overseen by Jarosz was awarded ISPI’s Award of Excellence. Jarosz holds a BBA in Quality Management from Cleary University. She also received her Project Management Certification (PMC) from Central Michigan University.

    Nicole Cutts, Ph.D is Founder and CEO of Cutts Consulting, LLC and Vision Quest Retreats. For over 11 years Dr. Cutts, licensed Clinical Psychologist, Success Coach, Author and Organizational Consultant has been inspiring and empowering people to achieve a more balanced and successful lifestyle. Dr. Cutts has consulted with and trained executives, managers, and teams at Fortune 500 Companies, Federal Government Agencies, and Non-Profit Organizations. She is a featured writer on the Walter Kaitz Foundation website and has been a contributing writer for Identity Television, The Next Level, andThe Diversity Channel, where she was also the Senior Features Editor.She has appeared on BET’s The Center, the BBC, Roland S. Martin’s Urban Business Roundtable and various radio and TV programs. She has co-authored and published several articles and stories in scientific and literary journals. Her writings on Corporate Wellness, Success Coaching, and Diversity have appeared on several Chamber of Commerce and business websites. She formerly sat on the D.C. Bar Association Lawyer’s Counseling Committee and the Board of the Student Support Center. She is a former faculty member of The University of MD-Baltimore County where she taught in the Women’s Studies Department. Dr. Cutts is an avid yoga student and has forged a career as a visual artist, whose work has been exhibited widely and featured in national magazines. Dr. Cutts, received her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology – LA, where her emphasis of study was Multicultural Community Clinical Psychology.  She also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University. 


    Sue Fleschner, Ph.D., Owner, OD Solutions, Bowling Green, KY

    Sue Fleschner, Ph.D., has worked for 25 years in the field of employee and organizational development. Fleschner has served in many roles including consulting, project management, training design and development, and facilitation. Her work has spanned automotive, academic, financial and accounting services, utilities, healthcare, and gaming industries, where she has worked with clients in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Ms. Fleschner holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from Wayne State University, specializing in leadership, organizational change, culture, and team development. She also holds a Masters Degree in counseling from Oakland University. Fleschner is the owner of OD Solutions, and currently facilitates training, designs and develops leadership courseware, and conducts customized team development interventions. Recent projects include courses related to cultural diversity, as well as managing Joint Ventures in China. She is currently on staff at Western Kentucky University were she teaches in the Organizational Communication program and serves as faculty for Navitas, a college program that allows international students to bridge the gap into the American university system. She currently sits on the Board for the local St. Vincent De Paul organization and is also a Board member for the Kiwanis Club of Bowling Green, in which she is actively involved in the Kiwanis International Worldwide Service project to eliminate Maternal Neonatal Teatanus in underdeveloped countries.


    Bernadette Johnson, CPT CORE Consulting, East Lansing, Michigan

    Bernadette Johnson is the owner of CORE Consulting which acts as a catalyst for organizations who want to create an environment that nurtures the human spirit while achieving award winning results. With over 25 years in the financial services industry and over 20 years in training and organizational development, her experience in the areas of leadership development, culture alignment, performance improvement, change/transition, group process and intentional dialogues creates fertile ground for developing greatness in others while achieving results in organizations. She is the recipient of World Council of Credit Union 1996 Silver Award for her onsite work with the Trinidad/Tobago Caribbean League Strategic Planning Session. Bernadette has also been a Michigan Credit Union League and a Credit Union National Association workshop facilitator. Bernadette was co-recipient ISPI Michigan’s 2003 Premier Award and competed at the national level to be awarded the ISPI 2003 Award of Excellence for Human Performance Intervention. She is also recognized in the 2006 and 2009 Who’s Who in American Business. In 2007, Bernadette partnered on several projects with clients that resulted in winning national awards. In 2008, Bernadette co-founded the Inspiring Women Collaborative for women from all walks of life to connect and build a support network. In 2010, Bernadette was among the “Woman of the Year” recipients by the National Association of Professional Women. She has authored articles for organizations such as American Society of Training and Development and Women’s Center of Greater Lansing and is frequently sought as a resource within the services sector and as a state, national and international presenter. Currently she is authoring a book of quotes entitled Waves of Influence. Bernadette has a BA in Management and Organizational Development. She is an International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Certified Performance Technologist, as well as an instructor of Human Performance Improvement for Lansing Community College.
